  FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) – Colorado State extended basketball coach Larry Eustachy’s contract Thursday through the 2020-21 season, adding a year to his existing deal.
  Eustachy enters the season 11 wins away from 500 for his Division I career.

• Murder Charges Filed Against Grower Who Allegedly Shot Teens

  DENVER (CBS4) – Denver’s district attorney has filed murder charges against a marijuana grower who is suspected of shooting two teenagers who were in his backyard from his second floor window.

  GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) – A man in Greeley is accused of beating of his pregnant girlfriend with dumbbells used for weight lifting.

  TRINIDAD, Colo. (AP) — The city of Trinidad will pay $375,000 to settle a wrongful-arrest lawsuit from two women arrested during a 2013 drug sting that resulted in no convictions.
