  WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Westminster are looking for help finding a man who robbed a bank on Friday night.

  NEW YORK (CBS4) – If she is stressed, April the giraffe is hiding it remarkably well.
  Staff at the Animal Adventure Park says her udder has filled slightly and there is additional swelling in her back end, but she is otherwise calm and in pleasant spirits Saturday.Park staff say the baby giraffe inside her has settled down, too, after Friday’s “judo chop” exhibition.

  DENVER (AP) – Colorado is considering an unusual strategy to protect its nascent marijuana industry from a potential federal crackdown, even at the expense of hundreds of millions of dollars in tax collections.
  A bill pending in the Legislature would allow pot growers and retailers to reclassify their recreational pot as medical pot if a change in federal law or enforcement occurs.

  BYERS, Colo. (CBS4) – A semi truck and a car collided late Saturday morning in a fiery crash on Interstate 70.
  Both directions of the interstate were closed at 11:30 a.m. after the crash, which happened between Byers and Deer Trail east of Aurora.

  JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – An employee who had to evacuate from a day care center where she works after a wildfire broke out this week says she’s disheartened to learn of the arrests of two people on arson charges.

• Child Sex Trafficker Found Guilty On 30 Counts

  ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– A jury in Arapahoe County found a man guilty on 30 counts of human trafficking on Friday.Brock Franklin, 31, was found guilty of several charges including human trafficking minor, pimping a child, patronizing a prostituted child, second degree kidnapping, and sexual assault.Brock Franklin (credit: Arapahoe County)

• Elk Meadow Dog Park Will Be Completely Closed

  EVERGREEN, Colo. (CBS4) – Despite a compromise plan designed to keep part of a popular dog park in Evergreen open, the entire park will be closed.
  Land managers say the Elk Meadow Dog Park’s Off-leash Area is suffering from overuse so all 107 acres of the park will close on April 4.

  SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Colorado Rockies hard-throwing righty Jon Gray left his spring training start in the third inning with soreness in his left foot.
  The team said Friday it was for precautionary reasons.

  AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)– A semi truck driver crashed into a closure gate to get onto Interstate 70 after it was closed due to blizzard conditions on Friday morning.
  State troopers said he rammed his big rig into the road closure gate to get around it at the entrance to eastbound I-70 from E-470.

  DENVER (CBS4)– Police in Denver believe they’ve solved a robbery after detectives determined that the man who claimed to be a victim was actually the criminal.
  Police say Lorenzo Cordova called for help on Feb. 12 and said he was the victim of an armed robbery at the Lincoln Market in Denver’s Whittier neighborhood.

  DENVER (CBS4)– The remains of 22 military veterans were laid to rest in Denver Friday, decades after their deaths.

  CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) – The suspected gunman in a workplace shooting in Centennial earlier this week was arrested on Friday.
