    AUSTIN (KXAN)– Gov. Gregg Abbott and his wife Cecilia joined Meals on Wheels to deliver meals to 500 homebound seniors throughout the city on Thanksgiving Day.
    For this mission, the organization partnered with H-E-B to deliver the meals which include turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll and milk.
    Much of the work was done by volunteers like Gail Bell who simply saw a need and wanted to help.
