Vattenfall has completed the sale of the Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone to RWE.
The agreed purchase price is an enterprise value of £963 million, enabling the ongoing development of wind energy projects within the Norfolk Zone.
Once operational, the Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone is expected to supply clean power to more than four million households across the UK.

Company refunds gas boiler price increases
Wolseley Group has announced a reversal of price increases associated with the Clean Heat Market Mechanism (CHMM).

British Gas chief’s pay package reaches £8.2m
Chris O’Shea, Chief Executive Officer of Centrica, the parent company of British Gas, has seen his annual remuneration rise to £8.2 million in 2023, up from £4.5 million the previous year.
