ISS has been awarded a four-year contract with KeolisAmey Docklands (KAD), operator of Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
Under the contract terms, ISS will provide cleaning, security and revenue protection services and will focus on improving customer experience around the services by working closely and collaboratively with KAD and all stakeholders.
