    Two women, ages 26 and 31, are facing charges after robbing a cab driver of his vehicle and fleeing from Police early this morning.At approximately 4:00 a.m., May 18, 2017, Police received a report of a robbery in progress at Clarence Avenue and Taylor Street East.
