LUXURY tourism operators are champing at the bit for the chance to run the latest five-star hotel offering in Cairns. The Cairns Post revealed this week that Syrian entrepreneur Ghassan Aboud is to redevelop the Rydges Tradewinds hotel on Abbott St.
