UK actor Ralf Little (The Royle Family) has been confirmed as the new star of Death in Paradise.
He will replace Ardal O’Hanlon, whose departure was recently announced.
Little takes on the role of Detective Inspector Neville Parker, who is reluctantly dispatched to the fictional island of Saint Marie to investigate the suspicious death of a woman from his home city, Manchester. Production halts on Cowboy Bebop
Netflix production Cowboy Bebop has halted production in New Zealand following an injury to star John Cho.
Cho (Hawaii Five-0) sustained a knee injury on the set while filming. The nature of the incident that led to the injury is not altogether clear, but reports claim it occurred during a rehearsed sequence that was not considered to be a large-scale stunt.
Cho is now back in Los Angeles, where he will undergo surgery.

Nine has made a minor change to its playout of Love Island this week.
There will be no episode this Friday night.
Instead it will add a Sunday night episode screening at 8:30pm on 9GO!

SKY News appoints Kieran Gilbert as Chief News Anchor
SKY News has appointed Kieran Gilbert as Chief News Anchor, based in the Canberra bureau.
He will move from Chief Political Reporter to the newly-created position when he returns from hosting the Rugby World Cup for FOX Sports.

Seven West Media has announced it has signed a binding agreement to sell Pacific Magazines to Bauer Media for a cash consideration of $40 million.
The deal includes a further $6.6 million of advertising on Bauer Media assets over three years.
Pacific Magazines includes titles including Better Homes and Gardens, New Idea, Who, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Famous and Marie Claire.
